After a long hectic day at the office/college, there’s nothing like coming home and taking off your shoes. Few people like to slip off the shoes during office meetings or college lectures because you want to give them some air.
But You do not think of all these comfort because stinky foot is your symbol?
Feet are not an attractive part of the body as long as you are clean and your feet/shoes/socks don’t stink.
You might not even be aware of it until your significant other — or, even worse, a friend or colleague — points out that there’s a distinctly foul smell in the air emanating from your feet. That is the most awkward moment you faced.
Here are the simplest methods to get rid of foot odor:
Wash Your Feet:
Don’t be lazy and wash your feet when you’re home back from any outside activity such as sports, college, office or anything.
Dry Your Feet:
Any time, you wash you’re feet dry them instantly with a soft cotton towel. This will leave no chance for stinking.
Use hand sanitize:
Take a hand sanitize with nice scent on your hand and apply it gently on your feet.
Regular vinegar Mixture:
Keep a mixture of 1/2 regular vinegar (already 95% water) and 1/2 isopropyl alcohol (“rubbing alcohol”). Use this mixture daily between toes and affected skin. This will kill all the bacteria/fungus and make your feet odor free.
Wear sandals or open-toed shoes:
You don;t need to be in shoes all the time, if you don’t move from you’re seat except lunch or break in office or college. carry sandals or chappals to use in that time. Using leather and canvas shoes are also recommended to make your feet comfortable.
Put antiperspirant on your feet:
Spray antiperspirant on your feet, this will block your sweat ducts. Do not over use it.
After washing your feet and drying them well. Use powder such as Talcum powder, Baking soda and Corn starch. This will help absorb sweat, make your feet bacteria free environment.
Try cedar wood or cloves:
Put some cloves in your shoes daily and keep on changing them everyday. The odor will disappear in few days.
Change your socks daily:
How about changing socks daily, it makes sense that changing socks daily will reduce the odor.
Rotate Your shoes weekly/monthly:
It’s not always your feet and socks, shoes are also affected with this infection, so consider rotating it with the other pair.
