These products are basically skin moisturisers and are available from pharmacies, supermarkets and health and beauty shops. If you want to go with these creams, gels or lotions, you should apply them when your stretch marks are still red or purple. 


If you can try massaging your skin daily with moisturiser or a massage glove can help improve your circulation and support new tissue growth. It is also essential to eat a healthy, balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, mainly vitamin E , vitamin C, and the minerals zinc and silicon. These vitamins will definitely help you keep your skin healthy.      

Wheat germ oil:  

There is no such proof on wheat germ oil to treat stretch marks but during recent study it has been revealed that wheat germ oil can help improve these scary marks.

Peptide-containing products:  

Peptide-containing stuff is widely marketed as “repair” cream and is a waste of time and money.

Tea Tree Oil:

Tea tree oil has best properties such as anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and can be beneficial for your skin problems.


Grape extract is one the best moisturizer and it hydrates and revitalizes your dry skin. Apply the grape extract and let it dry for 20-30 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water, it will help beautify your skin. 

Carrot Puree: 

Steam some carrots and make a paste, apply this paste to the stretch marks, let the paste be on your skin for 20-30 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Do not worry if your skin turns orange.

Cocoa Butter:

Cocoa butter is best to try for after pregnancy, you can apply it to the hips, thighs, buttock and belly in the morning and before bed. It works well on upper skin and the dermis.

Potato Juice:

Potato juice is best to encourage and restore skin cell and are easy to use. Just cut the potato into slices and rub them on your stretch marks for few minutes.
